• Feeder Drive:

- Hopper: 7’-9” wide made with ¾” plate with angle iron and flat bar reinforcements.
• Fines Discharge Chute:
- Chute: On top of Fines side delivery conveyor, made with ½” plate, with rear inspection gate.

- Belt Cleaner: Martin PV urethane replaceable blade cleaner with tensioner.
- Travel: Conveyor manually folds for travel.
• Medium Size Product Discharge Chute:
- Chute: made with ½” plate, with ½” liner on wear areas.
- Discharge: Curb side of the plant.
• Over Sized Product Discharge Chute:
- Chute: made with 3/4” plate, with bolt-on ½” liner on wear areas.
- Discharge: Front of the plant.
- Hitch: Manually folds up for operation.

• Motor Controls & Wiring:
- Control panel: mounted on a removable skid at the rear of the plant with start & stop buttons for every motor including and external 20hp motor.
- Variable Speed: for Feeder.
